We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

After 7 days from the delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused and unopened

• The product must be in its original packaging

• The product must be in the same condition as received

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened perfume bottles

• Used products

• Products without original packaging

• Products damaged by misuse or mishandling

Additionally, damaged or incorrect items are not accepted for return under this policy.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued through:

Original payment method, or

Exchange for another product of equal value

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
